1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Object Theory's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Object Theory provides AI-powered product photography and creative services. Our services include but are not limited to: product photography, lifestyle compositing, AI model generation, and art direction.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all delivered assets. You may use these assets for advertising, social media, websites, print materials, and any other commercial purposes.
You retain all rights to your original product images and brand assets that you provide to us. We do not claim ownership of any materials you submit.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your project agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a revision round as specified in your plan. Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost. We work closely with you during the mood board alignment phase to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
6. Turnaround Time
We strive to deliver within 24 hours for standard projects. Complex projects or high-volume orders may require additional time. Specific timelines will be communicated at the start of each project.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Object Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work up to the termination date, and any outstanding payments will become due.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
